Cozy rural apartment house, located 400 meters from Cala Sahona beach, with capacity for 4/5 people and shared pool.

Surrounded by the nature of Es Cap de Barbería, pine trees, juniper trees and other Mediterranean vegetation, it is located in a privileged place on the island with direct access to the beach from the farm along a small sandy path.

It has two bedrooms, a double room with a double bed and the other room is an attic with two spaces, in the first there are two single beds and in the second an additional bed. It also has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace and Wi-Fi.

The apartment house also has air conditioning, washing machine and barbecue. The pool is shared with three other houses on the estate, one with two double rooms and another two with four double rooms. The houses are distributed in two rows made up of a large house and a small one. There is a distance of about 100 meters between each of the rows and about 20/30 meters between the houses in each row. The houses in the same row are slightly staggered, the terraces are not aligned, and they are also separated by vegetation, so there is total privacy from one house to the other. The pool is located in the middle of the two rows.

Weekly change of sheets and change of towels every three days.
