VILLA IN SANT JORDI WITH IBIZA VIEWS

This villa is approximately 650 m2 and features 90,000 m2 of mountain land, offering stunning views of the sea, Ses Salines Natural Park, the mountains, Dalt Vila (the island’s ancient city and World Heritage wall), and the urban area of ​​Playa d’en Bossa (Usuhaia, disco).

All the facilities are very spacious and bright. The access is paved. Private outdoor parking is available.

The house has a ground floor and a first floor with an elevator. It has 6 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (1 with a whirlpool bathtub and separate shower, 1 with a whirlpool bathtub and shower, 3 with a shower, and all with a toilet and bidet in a separate room), TV, small refrigerator, Wi-Fi, and a safe. 4 bedrooms have a dressing room and 2 with a wardrobe. 2 bedrooms have a private terrace and views. 1 bedroom overlooks the outdoor pool area.
An interior patio with a fountain, sofas, and a desk connects to the restroom and living room with 5 sofas, a bar area, a TV (channels, Netflix), a stereo with a SONOS app, and Wi-Fi. It also has access to the outdoor dining area (pool/Weber barbecue) or the fully equipped indoor kitchen. There is also a second fully equipped summer kitchen.

Outside, there are two Balinese beds, hammocks with individual mattresses, a sofa, a sunbathing area, a covered area, a lawned garden, and a built-in jacuzzi with a hammock area.

Our staff is permanent: the maintenance person has more than 20 years with our company, and the cleaning staff has more than 5 years of experience. Cleaning service is included, with daily towel changes and sheets every 3 or 4 days. Two people, 4 hours, approximately 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

On the day of arrival, soft drinks and two bottles of Cava are left in the bar refrigerator, and two small bottles of water are left in the room refrigerators as a welcome gift.
