The second module consists of a semi-detached studio, completely independent of the main house, which is equipped with a second kitchen-dining room on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and with sea views and a spacious loft on the upper floor that is composed of a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The outdoor garden surrounds the entire house with various terraces and environments at different levels from which you can reach the pool. It has a spacious relaxation area with sofas and a large terrace with barbecue and outdoor table for up to 10 people.
