At the end of Talamanca Bay, you’ll find the María beach bar, also known as Fish Shack, perched on the rocks overlooking the sea. It’s one of those few places that retains the essence of times past, a beach bar that brings us closer to other legendary spots like the vanished Anselmo de Formentera in Can Marroig, and many others that have slowly disappeared from our shores.
It’s a great place to quickly escape the center of Ibiza Town, just five minutes away, for lunch, dinner, or simply for a drink at sunset before or after a swim…
One of those simple wooden beach bars whose cuisine features traditionally cooked catches of the day, such as grouper, tuna, Ibizan squid, delicious sardines, and grilled shrimp. All while enjoying the seaside in a relaxed atmosphere.
