BALAFIA HOUSE

House of 300 m2 with a pool and garden located on a 5,500 m² plot in the Sant Lorenzo de Balàfia area, fully fenced, with views of the countryside and mountains.

The house is distributed as follows:

 

Ground floor: The entrance leads to a double-height dining room with a large window offering views and a table for 6. The living room has a large sofa, fireplace, and flat-screen TV.

Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms, each with hot/cold air conditioning. The master bedroom has a 150 cm double bed, a built-in wardrobe, an en-suite shower room, and a large ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and a built-in wardrobe.

Furthermore, on the ground floor, there is a bathroom and access to two terraces, one overlooking the pool and the Mediterranean garden with fruit trees.

The fully equipped kitchen consists of two modules, one induction and the other large gas. It also has an osmosis system, microwave, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and coffee maker. The laundry room is located outside the house with a washing machine, dryer, and a large horizontal chest.

 

First floor: It consists of a bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and a bathroom with a shower and an extra-large bathtub, a large en-suite window, and a private terrace. It also has access from the entrance to another outdoor terrace.

 

Outdoors: Bathroom with outdoor shower. A 5-burner gas barbecue, a small refrigerator, a table for 8/10 people, and a chill-out area overlooking the pool and Mediterranean garden. The 3.5 x 11 m saltwater pool has 6 sun loungers, 3 small tables, and two parasols.

The house also has an alarm, internet, DTT satellite TV, and gas boiler heating with radiators in all rooms, including the bathrooms, which also have electric heaters. All windows have mosquito nets. Closed garage for 2 cars.
