VILLA IN LA MOLA - CAMÍ DE SA PUJADA

Exceptional villa located in a protected area on the slope of La Mola, which opens to the sea in the middle of a pine forest to offer impressive views of Formentera, the south coast of Ibiza and the island of Es Vedrà from almost all its rooms, in addition to unparalleled sunsets.

The villa, with capacity for eight people, is decorated in a rustic and authentic style of soft tones that combine with warm elements such as wood and natural fibers while offering a perfect contrast with the white walls.

From the entrance you can see the spacious living room with neutral colored linen sofas and a double chaise longue, a beautiful wooden table for ten people, with large windows from which you can see the island and an open kitchen with a long bar. Americana, all on the floor in neutral tones that simulates microcement. From the living room you can directly access the pool, and an impressive porch with two tables that can seat up to 16 guests, from which you can appreciate the unique shape of Formentera.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and wooden cabinets perfectly harmonized with the house.

On the main floor there are also two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm double bed. and a headboard made of natural linen and the other with four individual trundle-type beds intended for the little ones in the house.

On the first floor there are two more bedrooms with double beds, one of these is the master suite that has a 160 cm bed. and a magnificent private terrace. On the other hand, from this floor there is access to a tower and a large terrace from which you can enjoy the sunsets over the sea.

All bedrooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning, large windows from which natural light enters and open spaces that invite calm and rest.

Outside the villa there are different levels and small garden areas that are accessed by descending a long staircase, and a viewpoint facing the sea where you can dine and enjoy the summer nights listening to the sound of the waves.

The house also has WIFI and daily cleaning of two hours included.
