The house has five bedrooms, two of them en suite, one of them with hydromassage, four have a double bed and one of them single, all of them have air conditioning, television, wardrobe, and mirror. Both bathrooms have double sinks.
It also has a fully equipped kitchen finished in microcement. A spacious living room with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sofas and a large dining table with beautiful views of the sea.
The house is accessed via a private unpaved road with access to Migjorn beach. Upon arriving at the house we find a large parking lot and garage with 3 spaces. Upon entering the villa, we have a main terrace that connects with different areas (chill out, living room, kitchen, barbecue and pool) as well as an incredible view of the sea and the sunsets.
The terrace has a chill out area with sofas and home automation awnings, a swimming pool with its own bathroom, a bar with a refrigerator and everything you need to enjoy it (hammocks, sofa, puffs, umbrellas, tables, telescope, etc.). The house has views of Ibiza as well as absolute privacy to enjoy. On the other floor we find a room with an American billiards and mini bar.
