Beautiful charming villa with a surface area of 190 m2 and a pool, located on a 15,000 m2 plot of land in Es Cap de Barbería, with wonderful views of the fields of Formentera and the island of Ibiza. Surrounded by nature, the house borders a forest and a beautiful Mediterranean garden with aromatic plants. The house has also been decorated in a style that combines avant-garde and tradition.
The house has three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and a children’s room with air conditioning in each of them. Each double room has a double bed, bathroom with shower, dressing room, dressing table and fans, and one is located in a separate area from the main house. The nursery is a room with four beds, a closet and a full bathroom.
The living room of the house is double space and has air conditioning, a fireplace, Wi-Fi, 32″ television, video, iPod speakers and three porches enabled for meals and chill out.
The kitchen has a dining area and is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, crockery, complete cutlery, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
