Spacious country house for rent, located in Cala Sahona, 400 meters from the beach, with a swimming pool with capacity for 8/10 people.
Surrounded by the nature of Es Cap de Barbería, pine trees, juniper trees and other Mediterranean vegetation, it is located in a privileged place on the island with direct access to the beach from the property along a small sandy path.
It has four double bedrooms, two living-dining rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two bathrooms, two terraces and a community pool. It also has a washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue and wifi. The house is divisible into two independent houses with two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchen and terrace each.
The pool is shared with three other houses on the estate, one with four double rooms and another two with two double rooms. The houses are distributed in two rows composed of a large house and a small one. There is a distance of about 100 meters between each of the rows and about 20/30 meters between the houses in each row. The houses in the same row are slightly staggered, the terraces are not aligned, and they are also separated by vegetation, so there is total privacy from one house to the other. The pool is located in the middle of the two rows.
Weekly change of sheets and change of towels every three days.
