Mediterranean House with capacity for 10 people, located in the Migjorn area, with a terrace overlooking the sea.
The house consists of 5 bedrooms with ceiling fans, 4 bathrooms with a shower and a toilet, 2 floors, a cozy entrance porch and a large garden delimited by lush eucalyptus and palm trees, as well as an old country oven converted into a grill and a large outside table.
Inside, its structure made of authentic peasant stones, original to the farmhouse, and the thickness of its walls, always maintains a pleasant temperature throughout the year.
It is distributed in two heights:
– The ground floor has a large fully equipped kitchen connected to the porch and grill area through a beautiful window that brings great light to the space. To your right is the living room – dining room, equipped with a fireplace, a small library and a bathroom.
– Going up the stairs we access the upper floor where we will find a large terrace with spectacular views of the north coast, south coast and La Mola. To its left are five rooms.
The first room is a king size double bed suite, with air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan and independent full bathroom.
The second room has a king size bed, with air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan and full bathroom.
The third room has two single beds 200×90 that can be joined together as a double bed, with air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan and full bathroom.
The fourth room has two single beds 200×90 that can be joined together as a double bed, with air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan and full bathroom.
The fifth room has two single beds 200×90 that can be joined together as a double bed, with air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan and full bathroom.
It communicates with our Casa Buganvilla so that if desired they can be rented together.
The house is fully equipped with wifi, safe, alarm, stereo, refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron, fans, television, fireplace, kitchenware, bed and bathroom linens
Entry and exit cleaning included in the price, and for stays of more than one week a four-hour mid-stay cleaning is included.
